Accessibility measurement report
This is the form your results come in. This sample comes from a real measurement on one of PEAK’s example sites. The business is called Mustermann, and the phone number and address are made up.

This report describes measured values and technical suggestions. It makes no statement about whether a business is legally required to be accessible or whether it meets any requirement. That assessment is up to the business itself or a lawyer.

How it was measured
- Each page was opened in a real browser (Chrome) at a width of 1440 pixels and fully loaded.
- A freely available testing library (axe-core) checked the page against the WCAG 2.1 rules, levels A and AA.
- On top of that, every piece of visible text was calculated against its background one by one. Text over photos or gradients has to be checked by hand and isn’t included in the numbers.
- Images, form fields, headings and navigation with the Tab key each have their own checks.
- Purely decorative elements that are hidden from screen readers don’t count toward the contrast measurement.
Limits of the measurement. Automated checks only find some of the possible barriers. The mobile view, videos, PDF files and use with a screen reader aren’t part of this measurement.
