Send a request any time.
Even at eleven at night.
Almost half of all salon appointments are requested outside opening hours. So with us you don’t have to wait until someone picks up the phone. Tell us what you’d like done, with whom and when. We’ll get back to you the next working day with a fixed time.
Rather call?
That works too. We pick up when nobody’s in the chair. If no one answers, leave a message and we’ll call you back.
We only use your details to arrange the appointment. You’ll find more in our privacy policy. This form is a sample and doesn’t send anything.
What happens
after you hit send.
Your request arrives
Your details come straight to us in the salon. You won’t get an automatic email, because we’d rather answer you personally.
We check the calendar
Usually the same day, the next working day at the latest. If the person you asked for is busy, we suggest two alternatives.
We get back to you
By phone or message, with a fixed time. The appointment only stands once you confirm it. Nothing is binding before that.
Reminder
If you like, we’ll send a short message the day before. Just mention it on the phone and we’ll make a note.
If something
comes up.
Up to 24 hours before
A call, a message on the answering machine or an email is enough. You don’t have to give a reason, and we won’t ask.
The freed-up slot usually goes to someone on the waiting list. That’s why cancelling early really helps.
Last minute or not at all
Even if you forget you had an appointment, it won’t cost you anything. We don’t send no-show bills.
But we do ask that it stays the exception. With a three-hour blonde appointment, otherwise someone is left standing around for half a day with nothing to do.
Running late
Give us a quick call if you’re stuck in traffic. We can usually make up ten minutes.
If you’re more than fifteen minutes late, we often have to shorten or move the appointment, because otherwise the next person has to wait.
Waiting list
If you’re flexible, we’ll put you on the waiting list. When a slot opens up, we call you, usually one or two days ahead.
Just write “waiting list” in the notes field, along with the days you could make at short notice.
Sick
If you have a cold or a fever, please cancel, even on the same day. That’s completely fine, and we much prefer it.
We sit close to you for an hour. And when we’re sick, a lot of people lose their appointment.
If we have to cancel
We get sick too. Then we call as early as we can and offer you a new appointment with priority.
If that ruins a special occasion like a wedding for you, we’ll refer you to a colleague in town.
