Four generations, one business, the same place. We live here, our kids go to school here, and that’s why we simply can’t afford to do bad work.
I’m Michael, and I paint alongside my team.
My great-grandfather founded the business in 1922, back then with a handcart and two ladders. I’m the fourth generation, and I’m up on the ladder myself on almost every job.
So you’re talking to the person who does the work. No middleman, no call center, no excuses.

How it all started
Josef founds the business in Musterdorf. Painting work in farmhouses, often paid for in kind.
The second generation takes over. The first delivery van replaces the handcart.
We start training apprentices. Since then, 34 young people have learned the trade here.
The third generation takes over. For the first time we also work for housing companies.
Our own spray booth in the workshop. Doors and windows no longer have to be lacquered inside your home.
Michael takes over as the fourth generation and a master craftsman. The business grows to ten employees.

What we stick to

The price is fixed upfront
What’s in the quote is what’s on the invoice. We talk about any extra work beforehand, not at the end.
We clean up
Every evening, even if we carry on the next morning. You should be able to sit in your own home at night.
We say so when we can’t do it
Some jobs are better done by a plasterer. Then we recommend one instead of giving it a half-hearted try.
Workshop and equipment
On Musterstraße you’ll find our workshop with its spray booth, our paint store and four vehicles. We take doors and windows with us and lacquer them here, dust-free and without any smell in your home.

We’re hiring
We have plenty of work. What we’re short of is people. Three positions are open, and we say openly what we pay.
