The hall on the first floor
Weddings, milestone birthdays, christenings, company anniversaries or a funeral reception. We’ve been hosting celebrations for over a hundred years, and we know nobody wants surprises on a day like that.

How many guests fit
The hall has a wooden ceiling from 1904, five south-facing windows and its own entrance up the outside staircase. So your guests don’t walk through the Stube.
guests in the hall
At long tables. With round tables of ten, it’s 70 seats.
guests in the side room
For smaller groups, with its own entrance. Available on our closing days too.
exclusive from here
From 40 guests the hall is yours alone, with no other guests.
Hall rental
If we do the catering, there’s no rental fee. Without catering it’s a flat €120.
Twelve rooms are one floor down. Guests who’ve come a long way don’t have to drive home after the evening. For celebrations we reserve all the rooms for you together and bill them separately, so each guest pays for their own.
Ask about a date, no obligationWhat people celebrate here
Every occasion has its own rhythm. This is what we’ve learned over the last few years, not a set of rules.
Wedding
Registry office in Musterdorf, church in the village, then coffee and cake in the garden. In the evening a set menu or buffet in the hall. We set up the tables to your plan. Bring your own place cards or we’ll write them.
Milestone birthday
Our most common occasion. Usually at midday with coffee and cake, or in the evening with a set menu. From 40 guests the hall is exclusive, and below that you celebrate undisturbed in the side room.
Christening, First Communion, Confirmation
On Sundays after church, usually around 11:30. We keep the side room ready, and the high chairs are already there. If you like, the children get their own little table.
Company party and anniversary
We lend you a projector, screen and microphone at no charge, and the Wi-Fi in the hall is reliable. We invoice the company, with VAT shown and every item listed separately.
Funeral reception
We can keep the side room free at short notice and coordinate directly with the funeral home. From coffee and cake to a hot meal, we put everything together. You won’t have to take care of anything that day.
Clubs and meetings
Annual general meeting, rehearsal, regulars’ table. Also possible on our closing days, Monday and Tuesday, when the whole house is quiet. Without catering the hall costs a flat €120.
Three menus you can plan with
Prices per person, drinks not included. You can swap or drop courses and we’ll recalculate. A vegetarian main course is available with every menu at no extra charge.

When you want it more relaxed
From 25 guests. We set up buffets in the next room, so nobody in the hall has to get up to let someone past.

How we plan your celebration
From the first call to the invoice. So you know what we need from you, and when.
Ask about a date
Call us or write through the form. Within a day we’ll tell you whether the hall is free on your date, and we’ll hold it for you for two weeks with no obligation.
A planning chat at the inn
You take a look at the hall, and we go through the number of guests, seating and food. It takes about an hour and costs nothing. Monday or Tuesday is best, because then we have time.
Quote and deposit
You get a written quote with every item listed. A 20 percent deposit locks in the date. You can cancel free of charge up to eight weeks before.
Two weeks before
Now we need the final number of guests, the seating plan and all food intolerances. Up to three days before, you can still lower the number by five guests.
On the day
The hall is open two hours before the start so you can decorate. Flowers, candles, a sound system, it’s all fine. Just no confetti and no sparklers, please, because of the wooden ceiling.
Afterward
You’ll get the invoice within a week by post or e-mail, with each item listed and VAT shown. Payable by bank transfer within 14 days.
Popular Saturdays are gone a year ahead.
Ask early, even if not everything is settled yet. We’ll hold the date for you for two weeks, with no deposit and no obligation.
