A home in this region is rarely a coincidence.
Since 1987, Mustermann Real Estate has been selling houses, farmsteads and lakeside plots between Musterdorf and the lake. Three men, one office on the town square, and local knowledge that goes back 39 years.

What you’ll find here
like in a magazine, with page numbersThe farmstead above Musterberg tells you more than any brochure ever could.
When Josef and Anna Mustermann took over the farm from Anna’s parents in 1988, hardly anything apart from the barn looked the way it does today. What stayed was the location. A slope above Musterberg, a clear view down to the lake, and no neighbor closer than two hundred meters.
It was renovated in 2015, carefully. The beams in the old stable stayed where they were, only the pipes and wiring are new. Walk through the loggia today and you’re standing on the same wood the Mustermann children learned to walk on.
“We raised three generations here. Now we want someone to move in who cares about the farm as much as we do.”
Josef and Anna Mustermann, sellers
The farm is up for sale because the Mustermanns are moving closer to their daughter in Musterdorf. Not because anything is missing. That’s exactly what makes houses like this rare. They don’t come on the market because something went wrong, but because something new has come up somewhere else.

From a card index to local knowledge. 39 years of Mustermann Real Estate.
In 1987 Xaver Mustermann opened his first office on the town square, with a card index and a rotary phone. Today his sons Martin and Florian are both in the business. The card index still sits in the hallway. Nobody uses it anymore.
What hasn’t changed? When you call us, you get someone on the phone who knows the street you’re talking about. No call center, no ticket system. You talk to Martin, Florian or Xaver themselves.
