Two generations, one office, the same address.
We’re not a franchise with a real estate logo in the name. Mustermann Real Estate is a family that has been on the town square since 1987 and wants to still be there after us.
Illustrative image, not an original photo. This is how our office should feel today.
Xaver Mustermann didn’t learn his trade at a real estate school. He learned it at the land registry office in Musterdorf, over seven years, before he opened his own office in 1987. The first property he ever handled was the apartment above his own office. The rent from it paid for the first two years.
His son Martin joined in 2003, after training as a real estate agent. Florian, the younger one, came on board in 2011 with a specialty nobody needed back in 1987. Valuations for inheritances and divorces, where it’s rarely just about money.
“I never told my sons they had to join the business. They grew into it because they sat at the kitchen table and listened to us talk about houses.”
