Targeted hands-on techniques on joints and muscles when something is blocked. It takes an extra qualification, and three people on our team have it.

Physio on equipment
Equipment training on 90 m². Cable machine, leg press, ergometer, always with a therapist guiding you. Useful after spinal disc and joint surgery.
