Current wait is one to two weeks. If you call, you’ll usually get an appointment faster than through the form, because we can look at the calendar together right away.
Please don’t mention any symptoms in the form.
Health data is specially protected under Article 9 of the GDPR. A form on a website isn’t the right place for it. Just tell us when you’re available. Everything else we’ll discuss on the phone or at your first appointment.

Please cancel 24 hours in advance. Then we can give the slot to someone who’s waiting. Unfortunately, we have to charge 25 euros for short-notice cancellations.

Before your first appointment
What to bring and what to wear is explained in detail on the First appointment page. Here are the key points:
Bring the original prescription and your health insurance card.
Wear comfortable clothes you can move in. There are changing rooms.
Arrive fifteen minutes early so we can take your details without rushing.
Bring previous reports, if you have any. X-rays, doctor’s letters, surgery reports.
It’s faster by phone
A call usually saves you a few days.
You can reach us Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 12:00. If nobody picks up, we’re with a patient. Leave a message and we’ll call you back.
