Drop-in without an appointment
Monday to Friday, 7:30 to 9:00For small things like a bulb, wiper blades or tire pressure. For anything bigger, please book an appointment.

Dropping off your car when we’re closed
There’s a key drop box on the gate. Park the car, drop in the key with your name and phone number, and we’ll call you in the morning before we start.
How to find us
The workshop is on the edge of Musterdorf in the small business park. Coming from the main road, turn left after the gas station.

When it’s urgent
Not every situation can wait for an appointment next week.
- Car won’t start? Call us and we’ll figure out whether a jump start will do
- Red warning light? Stop, call us and don’t keep driving
- Breakdown on the road? We arrange the tow to our shop
- Tire damage? Come by and we’ll take a look right away
Common questions
Do I need to call ahead?
Not for small things like a bulb. Just come by in the morning during drop-in hours. For anything that takes longer, an appointment is better, otherwise your car just sits around.
Can I leave the car overnight?
Yes. The yard is fenced and lit. Use the key drop box on the gate.
Do you take cards?
Yes, debit and credit cards, as well as cash and bank transfer. For bigger repairs we can agree on a deposit.
Do you also work on company vehicles?
Yes, including small fleets up to 3.5 tonnes. A monthly combined invoice is possible, just ask us.
How does the courtesy car work?
We have two cars ready, so it’s best to book one along with your appointment. For a day in the workshop it’s free.
