Facial
First we take a good look at your skin, then cleansing, exfoliation, extractions if needed, active ingredients, mask and moisturizer. The extractions are the only part that can pinch.

Your own lashes are shaped on a silicone pad. Then we set them and tint them. No glue, no extra hairs. You lie with your eyes closed, and lots of people fall asleep.

Glued on one lash at a time, 1:1 for a natural look or with the volume technique for more fullness. A new full set takes a while, because it has to be done properly.

Thread, tweezers or wax, depending on what your skin tolerates. A brow lift sets the hairs upward, and henna brows add color.

Nail shape, cuticles, calluses, care. If you like, with gel polish that lasts three weeks. We work dry with an e-file, which is more hygienic.

Warm wax with added sugar, which is gentler on the skin than classic resin. The massages work deep into tense muscles, so tell us how firm you’d like it.

We deliberately take fewer appointments a day than we could. Nobody lying on our bed gets left alone because the next client is waiting next door.
We don’t sell memberships. If a treatment won’t do anything for your skin, we’ll tell you, even if it costs us business.

How it works
Tell us which voucher you’d like and whose name should go on it. We write it by hand and you pick it up. If it’s urgent, you’ll get a printable version by email first.
Gift vouchers are valid for three years, and any remaining balance doesn’t expire.

You know beforehand who’ll be treating you. When you send your request, you pick the person you’d like.
I grew up in Musterdorf, qualified as a state-certified beautician in 2011 and then spent seven years working at the hotel spa by the lake. My own studio came in 2019. Sophie joined in 2023, and she focuses on lashes and nails.

How early do I need to book?
You can often get eyebrows and waxing the same week. Request facials one or two weeks ahead, and lashes and Saturday appointments two or three weeks ahead. Before Christmas and in May, earlier.
Can I cancel an appointment?
Free of charge up to 24 hours before, by phone, message or email. After that we charge half, because nobody can take the slot at such short notice. If you fall ill, we’ll find a solution. Everything about it is on the appointments page.
I’ve never been to a beautician. What should I expect?
We talk about your skin for five minutes, then you undress from the waist up, get a towel and lie down. After that you don’t have to talk anymore. There’s nothing embarrassing about it, we see skin every day. The whole process is described in detail on the Face page.
Can I come if I’m pregnant?
For most treatments, yes. Fruit acid peels and microneedling aren’t possible, and we do massages with you lying on your side. Mention it when you send your request and we’ll plan things right from the start.
