Which treatment
suits which skin.
The question we hear most on the phone is “What do I actually need?” Here’s the answer, so you can read it in your own time.

What happens
in those 60 minutes.
This is for the classic facial. The others follow the same steps, just with different active ingredients and a different length.
- Skin analysis, 10 minutesWe look at your skin under a magnifying lamp and ask about your skincare, medication, allergies and pregnancy. Before your first treatment this takes a bit longer and costs nothing extra.
- Cleansing, 5 minutesMake-up and the day’s grime come off. Twice, once with cleansing milk and once with gel or foam.
- Exfoliation, 5 minutesEnzymes or fine grains, depending on your skin. If needed, steam follows so the pores open up.
- Extractions, 10 to 25 minutesThe only part that can pinch a little. We work with our fingers wrapped in tissues, never with our nails. Tell us if it gets too much and we’ll stop.
- Active ingredients and massage, 15 minutesAn ampoule or serum to match your skin, then a calm massage of the face and décolleté. For most people it’s the best part.
- Mask, 10 minutesYou lie back with eye pads and the lights dimmed. We stay in the room, but we keep quiet.
- Finishing, 5 minutesMoisturizer, eye cream, sun protection. Then we’ll tell you honestly whether a next appointment makes sense, and when.

Which treatment
for which skin.
Blemishes, blackheads, clogged pores
Deep cleansing intensive, 75 minutes, €79. Most of the time goes into the extractions. After that, a soothing anti-inflammatory mask and a concentrate that calms oil production.
It makes sense to come every four weeks for about six months. After that, every eight to twelve weeks is enough for most people.
Dry, tight skin
Intensive hydration, 60 minutes, €72. No harsh peel. Instead, hyaluronic acid in two molecule sizes and a mask that leaves a film on the skin.
Especially in winter and after long spells in dry, heated air. Every six to eight weeks.
First fine lines, tired-looking skin
Anti-Age intensive, 90 minutes, €99. Exfoliation, an active concentrate with peptides, a long massage using a sculpting technique and finally an alginate mask.
As a course every four weeks over three appointments, then four times a year to keep it up.
Pigment spots, uneven tone
Fruit acid peel, 45 minutes, €65 on its own or €235 as a course. The strength goes up from one appointment to the next. Four treatments two weeks apart is the minimum before you’ll see anything.
From October to March, because you’ll need to use sun protection without fail afterwards. Not during pregnancy.
Scars, large pores, elasticity
Microneedling, 75 minutes, €129. Fine needles create tiny stimuli in the skin. We numb it first with a cream, but it’s still a little uncomfortable.
Afterwards you’ll have one or two days of redness like a mild sunburn. No sport on the same day and no make-up for 24 hours.
Men’s skin after shaving
For men, 60 minutes, €69. Men’s skin is thicker, produces more oil and is often irritated from shaving. We use different exfoliants and leave out heavily scented products.
We treat ingrown beard hairs as well. That’s the most common reason for a first appointment.
How often
makes sense?
Honestly, less often than many studios say. A treatment doesn’t replace your care at home. It adds to it.

If you have acute inflammation, open spots, an active cold sore, fresh sunburn or have just had a laser treatment, we’ll reschedule. We’re not being difficult. It stops things from getting worse.
Fruit acid peels and microneedling aren’t possible during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. If you take isotretinoin or another acne medication, please tell us beforehand and we’ll skip the extractions.
With eczema, rosacea or psoriasis we still treat you, but more gently and after talking it through. If in doubt, bring along what your dermatologist told you.
The first
24 hours.
Redness is normal
After extractions your skin will be red for one or two hours, and with sensitive skin until the next morning. Better not to plan a family photo right afterwards.
No make-up
Let your skin breathe for twelve hours. No foundation, no powder. Sun protection the next day is a must, though, especially after a fruit acid peel.
No sport, no sauna
Sweating on freshly cleansed skin leads to new inflammation. Wait 24 hours and then everything’s fine again.
We still have
appointments free.
Write to us with what you’d like and when it suits you. We’ll reply by the next working day at the latest.
