Amounts and treatments

A voucher for an amount is the safest choice if you don’t know what the person likes. They can use it for anything, even a product off the shelf.

A treatment voucher is more personal. We write the treatment on it, and if prices change before it’s redeemed, what’s written on it still counts.

Both kinds also work as a group gift, for example when several people chip in.

How to get one

In three steps,
even in the evening.

Ask usThrough the form, by phone or in person at the studio. We need the amount or the treatment, the name of the person receiving it and who it’s from.
We write it by handOn handmade paper, in an envelope, with your own message if you have one. It’s usually ready the next working day.
Pick up, by post or as a PDFPicking it up costs nothing. Shipping within Germany is €2.50, and we post it the same day. If it’s really urgent, you’ll get a printable version by email first and the handwritten one later.

The rules

Validity,
remaining balance, exchange.

How long is it valid?

Three years from the end of the year in which you bought it. So a voucher from December 2026 can be redeemed until December 31, 2029. That’s the legal limitation period, and we’re not allowed to make it shorter.

What happens to a remaining balance?

It stays on the voucher and doesn’t expire. We note it on the voucher and you use it next time. We’re not allowed to pay it out in cash.

Can I pay extra?

Yes. If the treatment costs more than the voucher is worth, you pay the difference at the studio.

Exchanging for a different treatment

That’s fine any time, as long as the value matches. If you got a voucher for lashes but would rather have a massage, just say so when you request an appointment.

Lost it?

Tell us the name and we’ll look it up in our book. We record every voucher we issue with its number, date and amount. If it hasn’t been redeemed yet, we’ll issue a new one.

Before Christmas and Mother’s Day

The two weeks before Christmas Eve and before Mother’s Day are our busiest. Ask for your voucher at least three days ahead and it’ll definitely be ready.

After that, redeeming gets tight. In January and May the popular slots go fast. Tell the person receiving it to get in touch early.

Companies and larger orders

For staff gifts we can also issue ten or twenty vouchers at once, with a single invoice. Get in touch two weeks ahead so there’s no rush.

Paying

Cash or debit card at the studio. If we’re posting it, bank transfer works too, and we send the voucher as soon as the money arrives.
