Offer 03 · Lives on your website

A chat window that answers your most common questions.

In the bottom right corner of your website sits a small input box. Anyone with a question types it in and gets an answer right away. When are you open. Where can you park. Do you do tiles too. Are there any rooms left. Those are the questions that come back every week and get answered all over again every week. The bot replies with your answers, which we wrote down together with you beforehand, not with something from the internet. It’s live right down here. Ask it something.

Gasthof Mustermann
Digital assistant · Sample business

This is the real bot with the data of a sample business. The Gasthof Mustermann is made up, but its hours, rooms and rules are not. A real business gets its own details stored the same way. For you, it knows your hours, your rooms, your rules. There’s no language model running in the background, and there’s no connection to the outside. It runs on your device. Nothing is stored and nothing is sent. Reload the page and the conversation is gone.

Test it at its limits. Ask about a price or about something an innkeeper would never have given it. Then it gives you the phone number instead of guessing. If it doesn’t, it’s built wrong.

What people asked

Nothing asked yet. As soon as you type above, this list fills up.

The business gets the same report, summed up over a whole week. What’s at the top belongs on the homepage. Whatever lands under “not answered” is the next answer we write together.

What it does
  • Answers around the clock about opening hours, directions, parking, services, amenities and house rules
  • Takes down a request and sends it to your email
  • Says “I don’t know” and gives your phone number instead of guessing
  • Shows you every week what people asked. The answers get improved based on that
  • Answers in German, and in English too if you want
What it doesn’t do
  • It doesn’t pretend to be a person. Its first sentence says that a program is answering.
  • It quotes no prices, confirms no appointments and makes no promises. For anything like that it points to the phone.
  • It doesn’t talk about anything outside your business. No weather, no politics, no tips about your competitors.
  • It doesn’t send any data to the US. No American provider in the background.
Why it isn’t allowed to quote prices

The Higher Regional Court of Hamm (OLG Hamm) ruled on May 12, 2026 (I-4 UKl 3/25). What the chatbot says, the business says. According to the ruling, the chatbot is not a third party the business wouldn’t have to answer for. The ruling isn’t final yet, and the Federal Court of Justice can review it. If it names a price that’s wrong, you’re liable. If it promises an appointment that doesn’t exist, the same applies.

That’s why the bot is built so it doesn’t do exactly these things. It’s not a missing feature, it’s a deliberate safeguard. A bot that talks freely about prices brings that risk with it.

OLG Hamm, judgment of May 12, 2026, case no. I-4 UKl 3/25, not yet final
Where the data lives

Which host runs the chatbot is stated in the quote and in the data processing agreement before you say yes. The demo on this page runs entirely in your browser and sends nothing to us.

You get a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR and the text blocks for your privacy policy. That way the paperwork is ready if anyone asks. We’re not a law firm, and legal advice isn’t part of the service. Everything is set up so a lawyer can check it easily.

Pricing

Tiered by the size of your business.

TierSetupPer month
SmallOne-person business, up to 5 pages€390€79
MediumUp to 15 pages, several services€590€99
LargeHotel or inn, lots of different questions€890€149

Why tiered? A hotel with six room types, a menu, a spa and directions for arrival gets more questions than a repair shop with three services. More questions mean more answers that have to be written, checked and kept up to date. The monthly price covers running the bot, maintaining the answers and changes. Cancel monthly, no minimum term. No VAT charged, small business under German law (§ 19 UStG).

One-time setup€590
Per month€99

Up to 15 pages and up to 400 inquiries a month. Several services come together here, so the answers have to be kept cleanly apart.

In the first year €1,778 in total. After that, just the monthly price. Cancel any month. This is an estimate, not a quote. You get the fixed price in writing once we’ve seen your site.

Who it’s worth it for
  • Businesses that get the same five questions by phone every week
  • Hosts whose guests still want to know something at ten at night
  • Tradespeople who can’t pick up the phone during the day
  • Anyone with a site that has lots of subpages where nobody finds what they’re looking for
How setup works
  • We go through your site once and collect the real questions
  • We write the answers, and you read everything over before anything goes live
  • It gets tested with questions that are hard on purpose
  • After two weeks we look at the conversation list together and fine-tune

The chatbot needs a site to live on

If you don’t have a website, the site comes first, from €490. If all you want is to catch calls that go unanswered, you don’t need a chatbot, you need the phone assistant. It works without a website.

FAQ

The critical ones too.

What if the bot says something wrong
It can happen. That’s why it’s built narrowly. It answers from a fixed set of answers that you read and approved beforehand. Whenever it isn’t sure, it says so and gives your phone number. It doesn’t talk about prices, appointments or promises at all. Every week we go over what people asked, and answers that stand out get adjusted. If you spot a mistake yourself, one message is enough and it’s fixed the same day. No bot can rule out errors completely.
Does the bot have to say it’s a program
For a bot with artificial intelligence, yes. Article 50 of the EU AI Act has required it since Aug 2, 2026. This bot answers from a fixed list and isn’t a language model. It says so anyway, because the person on the other end should know a program is answering. That’s why it’s in the first sentence and not in the fine print. There’s a side effect. People who know a program is answering stay relaxed when a question goes unanswered.
How long does setup take
About a week. Your part is roughly two hours, once for the questions and once for reading over the answers. We handle everything else. It only goes live once you’ve seen every answer.
Can I cancel it
Any month, with no minimum term and no reason needed. What you’ve paid for belongs to you, meaning the copy and the answers. If you want to stop, you get the questions and answers as a file, so someone else can keep working with them.
Doesn’t a window like that annoy visitors
If it pops up, blinks and covers half the screen, yes. That’s why it’s small, sits in the bottom right, stays closed, and works without sound and without opening on its own. Anyone who doesn’t need it sees a small button and nothing else. If it bothers you after four weeks, we take it off again.
Who answers for it if something’s wrong
We do, directly. You read every answer before it goes live, and you don’t reach a hotline but your regular contact in Marquartstein. If something in the chatbot is wrong, it’s changed the same day you call. What the technology can’t do is stated openly on this page.
Next step

Tell us the five questions you hear most often.

Ten minutes on the phone is enough. If hardly anyone asks you things through your website, we’ll advise against it. A chatbot nobody uses just costs money.
