What we don’t promise
We don’t promise rankings. Anyone who guarantees the top spot on Google is promising something they can’t deliver. What we deliver is a clean foundation.
We don’t offer ongoing monthly work with reports and backlinks. Whatever else isn’t included is listed on the What’s not included page.
€89, one time.
The profile is a separate offer and isn’t part of any website package. You can order it on its own or add it to a site. The social media bundle with four profiles for €199 includes it.
Google Business Profile
We work through shared access. You stay the owner of your profile, we only get the access the work requires, and you can revoke it at any time. We never need your password.
No on-site visit is needed, the work runs through shared access and your photos. If photos are missing, we’ll find a solution together. There’s one step you do have to take yourself, though. Google only verifies a new or transferred profile with the owner, usually through a short video filmed at your business. We tell you exactly what to film and stay reachable while you do it. Verification with Google usually takes one to two days, rarely a bit longer. That’s the only part that’s out of our hands.

The €89 is a final price. No VAT charged, small business under German law (§ 19 UStG). No subscription and no monthly fee. If we build your site, you can add the profile, but you don’t have to. It isn’t included in the packages from €490 to €2,900.
Kept up to date, €19 a month.
Setup is a one-time thing. After that a profile quietly goes stale. Wrong holidays, a review from six months ago with no reply, photos of the old workshop. You can hand that upkeep off.
Google profile maintained
This is a separate offer and has nothing to do with website maintenance. You can add it with the setup or later, and you can cancel it at the end of any month. There’s no minimum term.
Included
- Opening hours and holidays stay current. Before Christmas, Easter and company vacations we add the special hours, before anyone stands in front of a locked door
- Replies to new reviews we write for you as drafts. You post them yourself, from your own account. We never post anything online in your name
- Once a quarter we ask you for new photos and sort them in when they come
- Monthly report with the numbers Google shows you, meaning how often the profile was viewed and how many calls and direction requests came from it
What we don’t promise
- No rankings. Where Google shows you is up to Google. Anyone who promises you the number one spot is selling you something they can’t deliver
- No reviews. We don’t get any and we don’t write any. Bought or self-written reviews aren’t allowed and they get noticed
- No fixed number of posts. Something gets posted when there’s something at your business worth showing, not to hit a number
The €19 is a final price. No VAT charged, small business under German law (§ 19 UStG). Cancel monthly, effective at the end of the month. The profile stays yours, the access is shared access and you can take it away whenever you want.

Will people find me more easily on Google afterwards?
We lay the groundwork properly. A clear technical structure, short load times, easy use on a phone, and a separate page for each service. That’s exactly what a lot of businesses are missing. If you want, we’ll set up your Google Business Profile too, as a separate offer for €89.
We don’t promise the number one spot. Nobody can honestly promise that. How fast you move up also depends on your industry and your competitors.
Can I change things myself later?
Yes. You get a walkthrough of about half an hour, and after that you can update opening hours, prices and text yourself. It’s kept simple on purpose, so it still works even if you haven’t touched it in six months.
Bigger changes are on us. If you don’t want to deal with it at all, book Maintenance Complete and just send changes by message.
The draft costs you nothing.
