Home / For larger businesses
Around 10 employees or more

You have plenty of work. What you’re missing is people.

For small businesses we set up your presence so that customers call. For larger ones it should bring in applicants too. That’s a different craft, and often the more expensive problem.

Bright, tidy workshop
The real problem

One job you turn down costs more than any website

With a workforce of fifteen or thirty, a full order book is rarely the problem. More often jobs have to be turned down because people are missing.

Do the math on what an unfilled journeyman position costs you in a year. Not the salary you save, but the jobs you can’t take on because of it. That number is the real yardstick for a careers page.

And then the question of where a journeyman looks. In the evening, on the couch, on his phone. He types in your business name because he knows it from the scaffolding. And finds a site from 2015 that says you paint facades.

He doesn’t find out what he’d earn. Or who works there. Or what the day looks like. So he clicks away and applies somewhere that tells him.

What’s different

A careers page isn’t a sub-item

It’s a section of its own with a job of its own. And it has to do things many businesses don’t dare to do.

The most important part

The pay is on it

A range is enough. If you leave it out, people skip you because they assume you’re hiding something. If you put it in, you also filter out everyone who wouldn’t have been a fit anyway.

Applying

Two minutes from a phone

No cover letter, no résumé as a PDF, no account to create. Name, phone number, one sentence. You call them and learn more in five minutes than from ten pages of paperwork.

Trust

Faces instead of buzzwords

Four people from your business, each with a photo and one real sentence. That does more than any line about team spirit, because people can see the team actually exists.

Openness

Including what isn’t great

A paragraph about what’s hard about the job. That seems unusual at first and is often the most believable part of the whole page. If you name the downsides, people believe the upsides.

How it works

What happens after they hit send

An answer within 24 hours, a paid trial day, a contract within two weeks. People who know what to expect are more likely to apply. Uncertainty keeps a lot of them from doing it.

Young talent

Apprenticeships as a section of their own

A sixteen-year-old looks for a job differently than a journeyman with ten years of experience. He wants to know what he’ll learn, what he’ll earn and whether he can stay on afterwards.

All round

Not just the careers page

An applicant doesn’t only look at your website. They see your Google listing with its reviews, and they may check Instagram or Facebook to see what it’s like at your place. If none of that fits together, even the best careers page won’t help much.

That’s why, if you want, we set up your whole presence. At the center is the website with its careers section. Around it come your Google Business Profile, kept up to date if you like, profiles on Instagram, Facebook and YouTube, online booking and a phone assistant for the calls nobody else picks up.

Which of these make sense for your business is something we sort out in a conversation, before anything gets built.

The second case

Taking over a business?

In Bavaria, about 52,500 companies with a profit of at least €50,000 are up for handover between 2027 and 2031. If you’re one of them, you’re facing a question that has nothing to do with websites and still belongs here.

Does everything stay the way it was? Or does it become yours?

Your regular customers shouldn’t get the feeling that everything is changing. At the same time it should be clear that someone else is running the business now. That’s a balancing act, and a website handles it better than a circular letter.

The best time to do it is the first year. After that everything has settled in and nobody touches it anymore.

Limits

When we’re not the right fit

If you have a marketing department, you don’t need us. If you want an online shop with inventory management and payment integration, that’s a project of its own and not what we offer in these packages. And if you’re looking for a provider who promises you the top spot on Google, don’t hire them. Not us and not anyone else.

PEAK is owner-run. You have the same contact person from start to finish, and there are never ten projects running at once. When we’re fully booked, we give you a date that holds, not one you want to hear.

Next step

Take a look at what we mean first.

You can click through the entire sample site, on your phone too. If you like what you see, let’s talk. If not, it cost you five minutes.
