See it first. Then decide.
First we build a finished homepage for your business. You take a look at it. If it doesn’t convince you, that’s the end of it, and it costs you nothing.

Because the distrust is justified
A lot of businesses have already had bad experiences with their website. An agency that charged four thousand euros and stopped answering the phone after three months. A website builder that charges every month and after two years has cost more than a real site. An acquaintance who’ll “just whip it up” and never finishes.
That mistrust is justified, and words alone won’t clear it up. Trust comes from work you can see.
That’s why we do the work up front, not you. First the draft gets built, then you decide. If it doesn’t convince you, the effort is ours alone.
Because a draft says more than a quote
A quote on paper is abstract. It says “responsive web design, €890”, and nobody can picture what that means. You can’t tell from it whether it’ll turn out well.
A finished draft is concrete. You open it on your phone, see your business name at the top, scroll through, and know within ten seconds whether it’s for you. That’s a better basis for a decision than any sales pitch.
Because our setup allows it
PEAK works without a downtown office and without a sales department in between. So a draft that doesn’t turn into an order is planned effort, not a loss that has to be made up somewhere else.
That’s exactly why a free draft is possible, something bigger providers can hardly offer this way. It comes down to the cost structure, not generosity.
What this means for you
Not as a slogan, but as a list of what actually happens.
- You pay nothing before you’ve seen something. The draft comes with no fee and no charge for effort. You only pay once you place the order, and then half.
- You don’t sign anything to get the draft. No preliminary contract, no letter of intent, no clause that turns a no into a yes.
- You don’t get a sketch, you get a working site. Open it, scroll through, tap the buttons. On your device, in your own time, without us on the phone.
- You don’t have to decide right away. Take a few days, show it to your family or your staff.
- You don’t have to explain why you say no. A “doesn’t fit” is enough. We ask once what was missing, and then that’s the end of it.
- The price is fixed up front. If we agree on €890, it’s €890 at the end. Changes that would cost something get discussed with you beforehand, never afterwards on the invoice.
- Until you sign off, changes are unlimited. We keep working until it fits. Nobody counts rounds of revisions.
- The finished site belongs to you. You get all files and login details. If you cancel maintenance, your site keeps running, just without support.
If you don’t like the draft
That happens and it’s completely fine. Here’s what happens next.
It’s just not a fit
You say no. We ask once what was missing and after that we won’t contact you again. No invoice, no follow-up email three weeks later, no call next spring. It took you a few minutes, and that’s where it ends.
The direction is right, the details aren’t
Tell us what bothers you. Color too dark, wrong photo, tone too casual. You get a second version, also free. That’s usually not much work, because the framework is already in place.
You’re not sure
Then wait. The draft stays online at its test address for a while, so you can show it around and sleep on it. After about two weeks we check in once, and after that we won’t reach out on our own.
In return we ask for a clear answer. We’d rather hear no than an “I’ll get back to you next week” that never comes. Every draft is made by hand, and knowing what didn’t work makes the next one better.
The safety net doesn’t end when you say yes
Payment in two parts
Half when you place the order, half once the site is live. You never pay the full amount up front.
No forced subscription
Maintenance is optional and can be canceled monthly. If you don’t want it, you only pay for hosting and the domain. Your site won’t be switched off if you cancel.
You can always leave
All files and logins belong to you. Any other provider can keep working with them. There’s no technical trick that ties you to us.
The risk is on us. All you do is look.
One sentence is enough. Which business, which town. We’ll look at the rest ourselves. You’ll hear back the same day.
