Four add-ons to your website

Four services on top of the website.

Each one has its own page, with a price, with its limits, and with what it can’t do. Pick what fits your needs. If none fits, we’ll tell you straight.

The difference people often mix up

Two kinds of moving pictures. Two completely different things.

With the first, you send us photos and we make a video from them on the computer. With the second, we come to you and film with a real camera. It’s one or the other, not a mix of both.

01 · Room video

You send the photos

Movement inside a photo. The camera moves in and pans across it. There’s no path from room to room. It’s labeled as AI generated, because that’s what it is. Nothing gets added that wasn’t in the photo.

02 · 360° tour

We come by

A real camera captures every room all the way around. The guest turns in place and moves on to the next room. Since nothing is generated here and everything is actually filmed, there’s no AI label in the picture either.

Why us

Three things you won’t get from some provider on the internet.

Pretty much anyone can buy this technology these days. The difference is somewhere else.

01

Right here in the Chiemgau

We’re based in Marquartstein. When the phone assistant gets set up, we come to you and make test calls together with you. If an answer in the chatbot is wrong, you call us and it’s fixed the same day. You don’t reach a hotline, you always reach the same contact person.

02

Where the data lives

The provider the phone assistant runs on says it stores and processes data in Germany only. Which host runs the chatbot is written in the quote and in the data processing agreement before you say yes.

03

Labeled, not hidden

Every AI video carries a note that it was made with AI. The chatbot says in its first sentence that it’s a machine. So does the phone assistant. That’s been required since Aug 2, 2026, and it builds trust at the same time. PEAK isn’t a law firm, and legal advice isn’t part of what we offer. Everything is set up so a lawyer can check it easily.

FAQ

The critical ones too.

Anything that only concerns one of the add-ons is on that add-on’s own page.

Which of the four do I need
That depends on where things get stuck for you. If your listing gets lost among a hundred others, go with the room video. If guests want to see what your place really looks like before they book, the 360° tour. If the same five questions come in through your website every week, the chatbot. If calls go unanswered, the phone assistant. Two sentences on the phone are enough, and you’ll know which one fits and which one doesn’t.
Do I have to pick just one
No, except with the two image offers. For moving images it’s either you send us the photos or we come by with the camera. Not a mix of both, because that turns into a patchwork of real and generated material, and in the end nobody knows what’s what anymore. The chatbot and the phone assistant, on the other hand, run fine side by side.
I don’t even have a website yet. Does this still work
The phone assistant works without a website, all it needs is your phone number. So does the room video, which you can use on Instagram and in your Google profile. The 360° tour can live on its own in your Google Business Profile. Only the chatbot needs a website to sit on. Without one, the website comes first, from €490.
What happens to my customers’ data
The provider behind the phone assistant says it stores and processes data only in Germany. Which host runs the chatbot is stated in the quote. On the phone, calls are transcribed, but we don’t make audio recordings. You get a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR and the text blocks for your privacy policy. That way the paperwork is ready if anyone asks.
Can I cancel it
The chatbot and the phone assistant can be canceled monthly, with no minimum term and no reason needed. The video and the 360° tour are one-time jobs, so there’s nothing to cancel. What you paid for is yours, meaning the files, the copy, the answers. If you want to stop, you get the questions and answers as a file so someone else can keep working with them.
How long does all this take
The room video is ready 48 hours after we have the photos. The 360° tour needs an on-site visit of about two hours, then a few days until you get the link. The chatbot takes about a week, and your part is roughly two hours for questions and sign-off. The phone assistant is set up remotely in just under an hour, and if you would rather have someone there in person, we come by. After that come one or two days of setup and testing. For all three, we set the date as soon as you place the order. Half is due when you place the order, the second half only after you’ve approved the result.
How do I know beforehand that it works
Because you see it before the second half is due. With the video you get a first version and tell us what you don’t like. With the tour you click through it before it goes online. With the chatbot you read every answer. With the phone assistant you listen to the greeting and we make test calls before it goes live. What the technology can’t do is stated openly on these pages.
Next step

One call. Ten minutes is enough.

You tell us what your business does and where things are getting stuck right now. After that you’ll know which of the four services would actually help you and which wouldn’t. If none of them fits, we’ll tell you that too.
