Walk through your place without being there. The 360° tour.
We come by with a 360° camera and walk through your place once. At every important spot we stop and capture the room all the way around. After that, a guest can click through your rooms on their phone. Living room, bedroom, bathroom, terrace. They turn around on the spot, move on to the next point and see your place the way it really is. Like Google Street View, just indoors.

Date by arrangement
This is roughly what it looks like. This room doesn’t exist. It was generated by AI, because we don’t know your place yet. Yours will show your real room, shot with the camera. And that looks better than anything a machine can dream up.
Drag with your mouse or finger, in any direction. All the way around, and just as far up to the wooden ceiling and down to the floorboards. There’s no stop. Down below it says where you’re looking right now. That’s exactly how a guest will use the tour of your place later. The green ring on the floor is the way into the next room. If you don’t like the slow auto rotation, pause it at the top right.
- Every important room captured all the way around, up, down and behind
- Guests turn in place on their phone or computer
- Click on from room to room, like actually walking through the house
- Runs in the browser. No app, no account, nothing to install
- Goes into your Google Business Profile and onto your own website
- Labeled points possible, for example “Breakfast room”, “Sauna”, “Parking”
- It doesn’t make your place look nicer than it is. A real camera shows real rooms. If you have a messy dining room filmed, you get a messy dining room in the tour.
- It doesn’t replace good individual photos. For booking sites and your listing you still need sharp pictures. The tour is what comes after that.
- It doesn’t update itself. If you refurnish in two years, it has to be shot again.
- It doesn’t work without an appointment. We have to come to you, that’s the whole point of this option.
With this option, a camera stands in the room and records what’s there. Nothing is generated, nothing is added, nothing is touched up. That sounds unexciting, but it has three very real consequences for you.
First, your tour carries no label. Article 50 of the EU AI Act has applied to artificially generated images and videos since Aug 2, 2026. Camera footage doesn’t fall under it. Second, it’s your place, one to one. Every corner the guest sees was exactly like that when it was shot. Third, there are no surprises on arrival. What the guest saw on their phone is what they find at the door. That’s the whole point of this option.
There’s one exception on this page. The room at the very top isn’t real. It was generated by AI for the preview, because there can’t be a shot from your place here yet. That’s why the notice is right in the image. It belongs there as long as the image is made up. Once we’ve been to your place, your room goes there and the notice disappears.
The tour doesn’t just go on your own website, it goes straight into your Google Business Profile. That’s the box that shows up on the right when someone searches for your name, with opening hours, reviews and photos. That’s where people look before they call anywhere, and often without ever opening your website.
A business with a tour in its profile looks different there than one with four phone photos from last summer. Guests notice that difference in two seconds, even if they couldn’t put it into words.
Two hours at your place. You don’t have to prepare anything.
Except tidying up. That’s the only thing we need you for, and it’s also the most important.
We have a quick call
Ten minutes. You tell us which rooms should be included and which shouldn’t. After that you know the fixed price and how long it takes. Both are written in the quote before we head out.
We come by
About two hours, depending on size. The camera goes on a spot, we step out of the frame, take the shot, on to the next spot. You can keep working in the meantime.
You see it first
A few days later you get a link. You click through it and tell us what should come out. Only then does it go online, in your Google profile and on your website.
After that, it’s yours
One payment, no subscription. The tour keeps running even if we never deal with each other again. There’s no monthly fee that switches it off.
Tidy up as if guests were coming. The camera captures everything, including the laundry basket behind the door and the box in the hallway. We don’t retouch things out afterward, because then it would be an edited image again, exactly what this option isn’t. Turn on the lights, open the curtains, and move the car if we’re starting outside.
Pay once. No subscription.

One-time payment, no subscription, no monthly fee. Travel within the Chiemgau is included. For hotels, the price depends on how many different room types get shot. Six identical double rooms don’t need six tours. We work out what it adds up to for you beforehand and put it in the quote. No VAT charged, small business under German law (§ 19 UStG).
Either we come by, or you send the photos. Not a mix of both.
This page is about the option where we drive to you with the camera. It costs more and takes longer, but it’s real and you don’t have to provide anything. If you’d rather just have a short video for Instagram and your website and you already have good photos, that’s the more affordable way.
Room video from your photos, from €149 →The critical ones too.
Why is this so much more expensive than the video from photos
When do I have to pay
Will I or the people who work for me show up in the footage
What happens if I renovate in two years
Does it work on an old phone
Can I get this without a website
Tell us how many rooms there are. We’ll work out the rest.
Ten minutes on the phone is enough for a fixed price. You tell us which rooms should be in it, and we set the date while we’re at it. If the cheaper option does more for you, we’ll say so.
